Packaging & Sustainability

Every piece of art is packaged with great care to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully. Prints are wrapped in compostable film bags with recycled greyboard backing for protection, and all other packaging materials are eco-friendly and plastic-free wherever possible. I believe in sending art that feels good to receive and gentle on the planet.

Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched once a week, in regular posting batches.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked for peace of mind and reliable delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Please allow a little time for your artwork to arrive, especially during busy periods or postal delays — I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Gathering Ink Subscribers

If you’re part of the Gathering Ink community, your print will be lovingly prepared and posted the month after your payment is received. This helps ensure that every edition is created, signed, and packed with the care it deserves.

Returns & Exchanges

Each artwork and print is made, packaged, and sent with great attention to detail. In the highly unlikely event that you do not love your piece when it arrives, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

While I am unable to cover the cost of returning artworks if you change your mind, I will always do my best to help if there has been a damage in transit or an error with your order. Please email me with photos and details so we can make it right.
